Terms of Advisory

1. Client Qualification

10x Infra serves a select group of HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors. Our advisory services are strictly reserved for portfolios with a minimum deployment capacity of ₹5 Crore.

We reserve the right to decline advisory services if the strategic intent does not align with our core expertise or asset focus.

2. The Advisory Mandate

We operate strictly through exclusive mandates. This ensures total alignment between the Principal Advisor and the Client, allowing for deep due diligence and off-market access that is otherwise unavailable to the public.

3. Professional Fees

As a private advisory office, our compensation structure is success-based or project-based, as outlined in the specific Letter of Engagement or Mandate Agreement. All fee structures are discussed with absolute transparency prior to the commencement of any acquisition strategy.

4. No Public Solicitation

This website and its contents do not constitute a public offering or solicitation. We do not provide "listings" in the traditional sense; we facilitate private asset transfers. All property intelligence shared during the advisory process is Strictly Confidential.

5. Liability & Discretion

While 10x Infra provides the highest level of market intelligence and due diligence, real estate investments carry inherent market risks. Our role is to advise on positioning and access; the final investment decision remains the sole prerogative of the Client.
